I think I finally have my workable list for Copper Moose Farm's Canning Share. It is always a workable list because who knows how much of our crops will be left over for me and what I really will find at the Farmers' Market. I'm pretty confident though - based on the last few years I have a pretty good idea of what I'll have to preserve.
I'm excited this year to add a few new goodies - like cultured veggies, fermented ketchup, apple and pumpkin butter, herb vinegars, and some frozen pesto options. Have you signed up for your Canning Share yet? Can you think of anything I might be forgetting?
