Upcoming Pickling Classes In SLC

I will be leading the following canning classes with Bell Organics this August and September. All classes will be held at the Viking Cooking School in Salt Lake City. You only need to bring your jars, lids, and hot water bath - all food is included in the cost of the class. If you are interested in attending, please contact Jill at Bell Organics. Canned Green Beans - August 20th, 5:00 - 9:00

Berry Jam - August 26th, 5:00 - 9:00

Cucumber Pickles - September 2nd, 5:00 - 9:30

Tomato Sauce - September 9th, 5:00 - 9:30

Peaches and Salsa - September 23rd, 5:00 - 9:30
